By agreeing to this notice, the undersigned company grants GREENSPARK and its representatives the right to:

  • Capture photos, videos, or audio recordings during visits.
  • Create articles, posts, or multimedia content that may include company images.
  • Publish or distribute the content on social media and other communication platforms.

Conditions

The company acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Recordings may be used without financial compensation.
  • Content is used strictly for informational, educational, and promotional purposes.
  • The company retains the right to request removal of inappropriate or misrepresentative content.

Duration of Consent

This consent remains valid indefinitely unless revoked in writing. Revocation does not affect content published prior to withdrawal.
